At DTF North Carolina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom apparel and fashion orders. If your items aren't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible non-customized products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to maintain eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within North Carolina or nationwide.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
